This program is exclusively for the disabled. There are children who dropped out of school because of their disability. The CETALF team believes every human being was created by God with unique skills/talents and for a purpose so, being born disabled doesn’t mean you are of no value to the community. With the help of each disabled child and their guardian, we examine each beneficiary’s mobility, likes, talents, skills and the available resources to find the best fit.

We further agree on the right activity fit which will make our disabled beneficiary have a sense of purpose daily and feel valuable to the society.CETALF either opens a provision store, start a trade, register a beneficiary for sewing, craft, art or music lessons. We believe after constant practice, the beneficiaries can start producing outputs which can be sold to generate income they will use to cater for themselves and families.

CETAL starts a small business for orphaned Marinette who is disabled, struggling to raise her little baby and can not go back to school.
