CETALF is an international non-profit organization, registered with the U.S. Internal Revenue Service under 501(c)3 status. We exist to improve the education, healthcare, recreation, and daily living conditions of underprivileged children.

Our mission is to identify and assist abandoned, disabled, orphaned, and displaced children — sensitizing, supporting, and empowering communities one life at a time.

Back to School
From enrollment to graduation — we support orphaned, disabled, and struggling-family youth to continue their education through sponsorship and academic materials.

Trade & Skills
We assess each beneficiary's mobility, talents, and available resources to match them with vocational training that leads to economic independence.

Sponsorship Program
Exceptional students who excel in advanced-level exams receive university scholarships, turning academic achievement into life-changing opportunity.

Providing health items, hygiene products, and protection services to vulnerable girls in inner-city communities — prioritizing their dignity and safety.
